As a Real Estate Investor, I used to struggle in selecting various tradespeople and then it was nearly impossible to coordinate them within a tight time framework. I was first introduced to the idea via marketing material through the mail. When I called the 800# to confirm what I read, I immediately thought it was a wonderful idea. I listed a home that was in a great location, it had excellent "curb appeal", but on the inside it needed work that most buyers would not want to do upon moving into a new home.
