Q: How long will it take to make the necessary improvements?
A: Of course it depends on what home improvements the homeowner decides to make. After the 3-day, right-of-recision, we are typically scheduling our subcontractors. Curb Appeal Sells has selected only materials that are readily accessible to expedite the completion of the project and the sale of the home. Some improvements and special orders can take longer. Weather can also play a role. Keep in mind, our entire business concept was designed around the real estate industry – we are geared to move quickly.

Q: How involved do I have to get?
A: You only have to get as involved as you want. Most Realtors make the sellers and buyers aware of Curb Appeal Sells, then simply hand out our tri-fold brochure and encourage them to contact us. Still others like to help the sellers pick out colors and quality.

Q: Do you warranty the work?
A: Yes, labor warranties are typically 1-year, and product warranties offered by the manufacturer are passed through right on to the buyer of your home.

Q: What if my sellers don't have sufficient equity in their home?
A: That's OK, we can still help you. We have two great alternative finance programs that most homeowners will qualify for. Both alternative programs are very competitive with our own.
