Curb Appeal Sells uses only the best, most responsive subcontractors we can find. We take pride in our ability to respond quickly to the demanding needs of todays real estate market.
Our subcontractors must be qualified professionals. They must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to use them. We look for professional, trustworthy and courteous individuals.
All of our approved subcontractors must supply Curb Appeal Sells with the appropriate:
- Business/Builders Licenses
- Liability Insurance Requirements
- Workers Compensations Requirements (even for sole proprietors)
- Signed copy of our Subcontractors Work Agreement - which stipulates the terms and conditions we do business.
